We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, and we integrate respect for human rights as a fundamental principle into our corporate culture, values, code of conduct, and global business activities.
Our commitment to respecting and adhering to internationally recognized human rights and labor standards underpins Liugong's Human Rights Policy, which includes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, as well as the laws and regulations of the countries and regions where we operate.
Liugong's Human Rights Policy demonstrates our commitment to respecting human rights across the entire value chain of our business operations, and it is an embodiment of our brand philosophy, "Extend Human Power".
In this policy, we identify the human rights issues that are of key concern and have the most significant impact on our business, and we reflect our respect for human rights through 14 key areas: 1. It clearly delineates the responsibilities of the decision-making, managerial and execution level, and incorporates ESG into the Company's strategic planning.
